Processor and authorization
Dozana uses approved third-party payment processors. Authorization may be pending until the provider and our server-side checks confirm the transaction.
Verification and failed payments
A payment is not treated as complete until verified server-side. Failed, canceled, reversed, or mismatched transactions may be rejected and the order can remain unpaid.
Card data and disputes
Dozana does not store full card numbers or CVV when a payment provider handles the transaction. Chargebacks and disputes may require supporting evidence and can affect refund handling.
